The National Cannabis Social Equity Foundation was founded by Joseph Sullivan in Lexington, Kentucky — built on the belief that the same communities devastated by the War on Drugs deserve to lead the legal cannabis industry.

NCSEF is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to breaking down barriers through professional education, direct financial assistance, and fierce advocacy for fair cannabis policy.
